We provide free shipping on most products in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories, or anywhere else, will be billed separately from your initial order.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, with all your order details. If you have received your confirmation email, that means our system has appropriately processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card.
If for some reason, your item(s) happens to be out of stock, are on backorder, or are unavailable, we will reach out to you via email and phone, and void the pre-authorization if you want to give up your place in line.
Order Shipment:
Order shipping times can vary by manufacturer. We do our best to add these estimated shipping timeline to the individual product pages. Most items will ship within an estimated 3 - 5 business days from the date of your order. Other items may have longer shipping lead times based on size, location, and if assembly services are requested. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of receiving it from the manufacturer to the email address you provided when checking out. Please check your SPAM folder, if you don't find it in your INBOX, before contacting us. If you do not receive tracking information from us within the timeframe listed on the product site or as quoted by our team, feel free to follow up with us at info@luxewelllife.com
Delivery:
The estimated delivery time will be 1 - 2 weeks in most areas from the time of order. Some areas are subject to longer transit, delivery, and scheduling times and will require an additional 2 - 3 weeks. You will be notified of any unforeseen changes to the delivery time that might occur due to weather, etc., within the tracking details.
Standard Delivery is to the outside of the house. It does NOT include setup, taking the item to your location of choice or packaging removal. The freight company will only deliver goods to a the appropriate location outside the home, i.e. driveway, sidewalk, or in some cases the road depending on specific circumstances
Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier. Ensure that someone can assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location if needed. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location an extra charge may be applied.
White Glove Delivery & Setup is available for some of our products upon request. Please contact us before placing the order if you require these services, as an additional fee may be needed, depending on the delivery specifics. Setup is in accordance with manufacturing guidelines so the product is ready for the intended use. Packaging removal included. It is your responsibility to request the packing material be left with you if you think you might want to return the product, as only original packaging with all packing materials is accepted.
