What are your shipping details?
- We offer free shipping on most products in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC. Handling takes 2-5 business days and shipping takes 7-14 business days, depending on the brand. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Standard delivery is to the outside of the house, while White Glove Delivery & Setup is available for an additional fee
Will I be charged sales tax?
- There will be no sales tax added to any orders placed outside of Ohio*. Customers in Ohio will be charged sales tax.
- *Customers in California who purchase an item from Golden Designs, Dynamic, or Maxxus will be charged California Sales Tax.
Do you offer discounts?
- Absolutely! Most of the time, we can offer better pricing than is listed on our site. Contact us to see if we can offer better pricing!
What is your refund policy?
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the inspection. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Refund Timeline: After approval, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.
- After 48 Hours: If you cancel after 48 hours, a $50 administration fee will apply, regardless of whether the order has shipped.
- If Shipped: If your order has already shipped, our return policy will apply, and you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and possibly a 20% restocking fee.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
- Inspect Upon Delivery: Please thoroughly inspect your order before signing for it. If you notice any damage, make a note on the delivery paperwork, take pictures, and refuse the delivery.
- Report Damage: If you accept the item and later discover damage, or if you received the wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of receipt. You will not incur any fees for damaged or incorrect items reported in this timeframe.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. Most products come with a warranty, and the manufacturer may choose to repair or replace the item.
