We provide free shipping on most products in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories, or anywhere else, will be billed separately from your initial order.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, with all your order details. If you have received your confirmation email, that means our system has appropriately processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. As soon as we receive your order, our transit team will automatically reach out to our suppliers and warehouse manager to confirm that your item is still in stock and available for immediate packaging and shipment. Usually, 1-3 business days are required for handling, and 3-10 business days for shipping, depending on the brand.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If an item has a longer lead time, we will contact you before capturing payment to confirm the order. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 7 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If for some reason, your item(s) happens to be out of stock, are on backorder, or are unavailable, we will reach out to you via email and phone, and void the pre-authorization if you want to give up your place in line. If you then wish to pre-order a product that is listed as back-ordered, your submitted method of payment will be charged, to lock in your place in line to receive your product from the next available shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within an estimated 3 - 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. Please check your SPAM folder, if you don't find it in your INBOX, before contacting us. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@luxewelllife.com
Delivery:
The estimated delivery time will be 1 - 2 weeks in most areas from the time of order. Some areas are subject to longer transit, delivery, and scheduling times and will require an additional 2 - 3 weeks. You will be notified of any unforeseen changes to the delivery time that might occur due to weather, COVID, etc., within the tracking details.
Standard Delivery, is in a box, to the outside of the house. It does NOT include setup or package removal. The freight company will only deliver goods to a ground floor location and are not responsible for moving your items upstairs.
Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier using a single driver. Ensure that someone can assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location an extra charge may be applied.
White Glove Delivery & Setup is available for some of our products upon request. Please contact us before placing the order if you require these services, as an additional fee may be needed, depending on the delivery specifics. Setup is in accordance with manufacturing guidelines so the product is ready for the intended use. Packaging removal included. It is your responsibility to request the packing material be left with you if you think you might want to return the product, as only original packaging with all packing materials is accepted.
